Delete your Here4It account

Here4It is operated by Eastframe Technology LLC. You can delete your account yourself, at any time, in the Here4It app or on here4it.app.

In the app or on the website

Sign in, then open your account (your picture or initial, top right).
Choose Delete my account, then Yes, delete it for good.

It takes effect at once and cannot be undone.

What is deleted

Your first name, contact details (email address and mobile number), sign-in details (your username, password, and any Apple or Google sign-in, whose access we withdraw), profile photo, the photos of gatherings you host, your messages in group threads, your participation and your usage analytics. Gatherings you host are cancelled and the people in them are told.

What is kept

The account row stays, anonymised as “Deleted participant”, with minimal moderation records (reports and blocks) so abuse cannot be escaped by deleting an account. Deleted data leaves our daily backups within seven days.

Can’t sign in?

Write to [email protected] from the email address on your account, or tell us the mobile number on it, and we will delete the account for you within 30 days.
