Here4it (here4it.app) is operated by Eastframe Technology LLC, Boston, Massachusetts. By using Here4it you agree to these terms.

Who can use Here4it

You must be 18 or older to use Here4it. Plans bring together people who may not know each other, and some take place where alcohol is served.

Making a plan

“I’m in if it happens” is a conditional commitment. A gathering becomes a plan when its minimum is reached, and it stays a plan after that: if someone leaves, the organizer sees who is still in and can invite more people or open the last spot nearby. We send you a text or an email when a gathering you are in becomes a plan, changes or is cancelled, and the shared page always shows the current state. Check it before traveling.

Events and admission

Here4It helps people get together. It does not issue tickets, reserve places or guarantee entry, attendance, safety or an organizer’s schedule. Check the linked source and arrange any required admission separately. Hosts can finalize or change plan details.

Respect other people

Do not harass, discriminate, impersonate others, post spam or share someone’s private information. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior: titles, descriptions, names and group messages are checked before they are posted, and anything can be reported from where it appears. Reports are reviewed by Eastframe Technology LLC within 24 hours; we remove content that breaks these terms and disable the accounts that post it. You can also block anyone. Use public meeting places. This is not an emergency service.

About the service

Here4It is a hosted service served over HTTPS and run by Eastframe Technology LLC. Features may change, and problems may occur; we do not promise uninterrupted availability. You can leave a gathering or delete your account through the app at any time. We can remove content or disable an account that breaks these terms.

SMS Terms

Here4it can text you about your own plans: confirmations when you join or start a gathering, the moment it becomes a plan, changes, cancellations and dropouts, and account recovery codes. No marketing texts. Texts are optional: you opt in by giving a mobile number and ticking the SMS consent box, in the app or at here4it.app/sms, and Here4it works without them.

Message frequency varies with your plans. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; you will get one text confirming it and nothing more. Reply HELP for help, or write to [email protected]. You can also turn texts off at here4it.app/sms.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your number is used only for the messages you asked for. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes; see the Privacy Policy.
